I started in the Real Estate Industry in February 2003 with administrative duties only and quickly moved into residential rentals and sales in Cape Town City Bowl and Atlantic Seaboard. Through long hours, determination, and at least one dog bite, I've managed to grow a substantial portfolio of management and placement rental properties.

Very early in my career, I realised that it is the problem-solving and long-term relationships that are formed with clients (owners and tenants) that make rentals my preferred portfolio. (Nuts, I know!) It is extremely satisfying to be able to match landlords and tenants, and I've learned so much along the way about people and construction.

Regardless of the administrative obstacles that the PPRA (previously EAAB) likes to test our resilience, I am fully qualified as per the latest requirements for all property practitioners in South Africa. This means for both sales and rentals.

In order to still provide my rental portfolio clients the service that they are used to, I do take care not to overload my sales portfolio and have a great team that assists with the sales properties.
